Join the PALS Battalion CIC on our 3rd annual virtual 10k in 2023. Wether you are run it for fun, walk it to get fit or want to smash a PB come join us! Run, walk or even crawl your own 10k individually or with a group of friends. This virtual 10k is designed to help keep the community active, healthy and encourage more physical activity amoungst the wider community.
